Chat threads and shared folders can move files around, but they can't show your thumbnail at actual feed size next to the videos it will compete with, keep feedback pinned to the exact version and pixel it refers to, or record exactly what a client approved. ClickPilot does all of that behind one link that clients can open without an account. Everything is in one place, so review rounds get shorter and nothing gets lost.

Creator is for one workspace with the full preview suite and Board. Artist adds unlimited workspaces plus public review links with comments and approvals. Studio adds organization editor seats and higher AI limits for teams.

Commenters do not require a ClickPilot account. They can comment on, view, and download project thumbnails, but they cannot add or remove thumbnails/titles from the project or see your Inspiration Board.

Editors must log in to ClickPilot, but don't require a paid plan. They can manage projects in a workspace, add and remove thumbnails/titles, contribute to your Inspiration Board, and comment on thumbnails. (10 seats on Studio)

Share a public review link and your client can view, comment on, and download thumbnails without creating an account. When they're happy, they approve the exact thumbnails and titles they signed off on. That selection is snapshotted for future reference.

Yes. Each client or channel lives in its own workspace, keeping their projects, thumbnails, and Inspiration Board fully separate. Artist and Studio include unlimited workspaces, so you can run as many clients as you need from a single account.

On Studio, AI limits (Thumbnail Insights and Title Generations) are pooled at the organization level and shared across your editor seats — so the whole team draws from one shared allowance rather than each person having a separate cap.

Deleting a workspace removes its projects, thumbnails, and review history. You can't delete your last remaining workspace. Removing an editor revokes their access to your organization's workspaces, while public review links you've shared with clients keep working.
